SECURITY
Always be alert of any suspicious activity in the neighborhood and please watch out for your neighbor to help minimize break-ins and burglaries. A positive factor of being part of a HOA is the community awareness factor. Report any alarming activity to 911.

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL BOARD
Committee members can be contacted through the Board (board@covingtoncrest.org) as one or two Board members sit on this committee at all times.
ROOFING
Putting on a new roof? Be sure to submit your ACC form for approval well in advance. Wood Shakes or CertainTeed Presidential Shake TL Shingle Composition roof or approved equivalent. Approved colors based on CertainTeed are: Country Gray, Platinum, Aged Bark, Autumn Blend, Shadow Gray and Charcoal Black.
FENCING
Replacing or repairing your fence? If you are just repairing a panel with the exact same profile -- no need to submit an ACC form. However, if you are replacing more than a damaged panel or replacing your fence in entirety you must submit an ACC form with the approved profiles.

DISTRICT INFORMATION
EDMONDS SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Edmonds School District approved elementary school boundary changes in 2013 that has moved our neighborhood from Martha Lake Elementary to Hazelwood Elementary. See the School's Approved Boundary Change web page for more information.
