Here are some common questions and definitions that can help explain the structure (See FAQS).  If you have further concerns, please feel free to contact the Board (board@covingtoncrest.org). 

 

In the above documents, you can find all the information you need concerning new projects such as: Roofing, Fences, Tree Removal, Landscaping, Sheds and most any other item of concern. If not, please feel free to contact the Board for clarification.  Guidance and Restrictions can be found in the CCHOA 2014 Rules and Regulations and CCHOA 2015 CCR's. 

 

All Members are required to submit an Architectural Control Approval Form (Get FORM) for any modifications to the exterior portions of their property. Please familiarize yourself with the documents as this is your responsibility to understand the requirements and submit the appropriate approval documents per the specified procedures. If in doubt, please contact the ACC committee (board@covingtoncrest.org).  

 

County ordinances must be considered at all times beyond the Association Governing documents.  The Association has no responsibility for ensuring that government regulations are abided by.  This is the Members responsibly to ensure compliance at all times.  For example, you must always take into consideration that the County may also require restrictions on development items, such as: Structures (sheds) must be at least 5 feet away from your property line.
