About Us
Covington Crest is a community of 79 homes located in south Snohomish County, Washington. Although we enjoy easy access to Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood and Mill Creek, as well as to I-5 and I-405, our neighborhood has a rural feel due to surrounding open spaces, trees and parks. We are part of the Edmonds School District and within the boundary for Hazelwood Elementary School as of the 2013-2014 school year.
Covington Crest was constructed in 1994-1996, with quality homes by 8 different builders. Homes and yards in Covington Crest are well-maintained, and keeping up a quality neighborhood with high property values is important to us. From the beginning, our Homeowners’ Association has been run by members who volunteer their time to keep our community safe, beautiful and enjoyable to live in. All homeowners are invited once a year to an annual meeting, and are encouraged to contact board members any time with questions or concerns about neighborhood issues. We enjoy seeing old neighbors and meeting new ones each summer at our community picnic.
Many Covington Crest homeowners report that they loved the “feel” of the neighborhood from the first time they drove into the beautifully landscaped entrance on 13th Ave. W., and knew immediately that they wanted to live here. We all feel very fortunate to live in such a unique, beautiful place!
