Did you know?

Did you know that removal of any tree from an individual lot must first have the approval of the "Architectural Control Committee"?  (Section 8.16 of our CCR's)  The goal is to keep our landscaping looking as good as when it was first installed.  If you desire to remove a tree, complete an Architectural Control Form and send it to the board members for approval at board@covingtoncrest.org.  (Forms can also be mailed to:  CCHOA; P.O. Box 2411; Lynnwood, WA 98036.)  If it is to reduce the crowding of vegetation or remove a safety hazard, it will most likely be approved.
